Shipping

After placing any online order, a confirmation will be sent to your email. Ordered items will be checked for stock availability and payment verification from the time your order is placed. Weekends, holidays, sale and peak business periods may have longer than usual processing times. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday from 10am to 5pm EST. Orders placed outside these hours will be processed the following business day.

Shipments are delivered through UPS. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Orders shipped outside of Canada are not charged Canadian taxes.

Shipping costs is listed as a flat rate based on region of the country. We offer free standard shipping service with any purchase over $400 CAD. Over the Rainbow is not responsible for delays within the UPS system and does not provide refunds for items that arrive outside the estimated times listed. Estimated shipping times vary by region:

Standard Ground: Estimated 5 -10 business days

At this time, we only ship within North America. We are not able to split an order into multiple shipping destinations. Orders may be delayed by U.S. customs and we are unable to control or supply information about these delays.

You will be responsible for paying any applicable U.S. duties and taxes on delivery by individual state regulations. Certain states may allow imported merchandise into the U.S. free of duties and taxes according to individual state regulations. Orders are declared at full purchase value and cannot be changed. Orders will also not be marked as “gift” on customs forms for any reason. Please contact UPS directly if you require further information regarding duties and taxes.

Online Returns + Exchanges

Items from rainbowjeans.com, with the exception of Final Sale Items, must always be authorized by Over the Rainbow prior to any online purchases being returned by mail or in-store. Online orders are eligible for return or exchange 21 days from the order’s shipping date.

To start the return/exchange process, GO TO OUR RETURNS MANAGER. If the return is approved, a Return Merchandise Number will be emailed to you. Refunds or exchanges will only be granted once the item(s) has been received, inspected and approved by Over the Rainbow as required by our policies. All return items must be unworn, unwashed, and with their original tags attached.

When returning your item(s) by mail, please ensure they packed and sealed securely with the RMA number shown clearly on the outside of the package. Over the Rainbow does not provide return shipping labels. Clients must fully insure all return parcels, mark return parcels as “Canadian Goods Return” on customs forms and update your tracking information in the Returns Manager. A copy of your original purchase invoice should be included with your return. Duty charges incurred by Over the Rainbow due to mislabeling or marking as "gift" will be deducted from the refund. Once you have completed all the necessary steps, the return can be shipped to the below address:

Once the return has been received and inspected, you will receive a return confirmation email. Any return, exchange or refund may not be granted if the item is not in its original condition or does not match the information from your original request. We are not responsible for refunding any shipping fees, import/customs duties, brokerage, taxes or any additional fees incurred from your original shipment.

Please note, items marked for exchange will be refunded and treated as a new purchase with the exception of a straight size exchange.

Final Sale Items are not eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges under any circumstances, which include: sale items, items purchased on promotion, gift cards, hair accessories, hats, jewelry, scarves, socks, underwear, swimwear, and sunglasses.
