We value walk-in shopping and encourage you to visit our retail store. For your comfort and safety, we will carefully allow a controlled number of customers inside the store at any one time. If the store is at capacity, we will attempt to get you in as quickly as possible. During any wait times, we encourage you to browse our online store.

Our Tailor Shop is available to provide tailoring services for any items purchased at Over the Rainbow. Our tailors will be wearing masks and keeping their hands clean to ensure safety and great service. 

We are also providing both in-store or curb-side pickup between the hours of 12PM and 4PM. Please contact us by phone or email to arrange a convenient time for you.

Staff

We are monitoring the health of our staff daily. Our team has been trained in proper sanitizing procedures and each staff member will be wearing a face mask for maximum hygiene. Our team will maintain safe physical distancing standards while providing a comfortable shopping experience. Any tailoring services will require brief contact depending on the nature of the alteration.

Hygiene + Protection

Hand sanitizer stations have been setup inside our store for customers to ensure good hygiene. All customers are required (per Bill 511) to wear a face mask and we will provide a complimentary mask if necessary. Our staff will be regularly cleaning all hard surfaces throughout the day. We have reduced our shopping hours to dedicate more time for after-hours deep-cleaning.

High temperature from a steamer greatly reduces the ability for viruses to live on the surfaces of garments. For extra precaution, all garments will be temporarily removed from the sales floor after being tried on; each item will be steam cleaned inside and out before returning to the sales floor. Clothing that has been altered in our Tailor Shop will be ironed at a high temperature and placed in quarantine for 24 hours after contact with our tailors.

Customer Experience

Our 6,500 square foot retail store is well equipped to handle and manage all essential physical distancing standards. Signage and floor markers have been installed to guide customers seamlessly through key areas of our store. We encourage all incoming customers to maintain 2 meters apart from others as much as possible.

Change room areas have been modified to provide more space for customers to try on their favourite items. Our cash desk has been modified with clear plexiglass shields in front of our two checkout stations. We are encouraging cashless and minimal contact payment.
