How do you ship my order?

We ship within North America using Canada Post Expedited Service (all orders within Canada) and UPS Standard Ground Service (all orders within the USA). We offer free shipping to customers within Canada with a purchase of over $99. If you want to return your item, please note we do not provide shipping labels or pay for return shipping fees to customers. Please read our Shipping Policy below for full details.

What if my package delivery is delayed?

Both Canada Post and UPS (USA orders only) are experiencing shipping delays due to an increase in deliveries during the COVID-19 pandemic. If you receive a tracking number with an estimated shipping date, it can be up to 10 business days before the package is considered "delayed" regardless of shipping address. Since we cannot control guarantee or guarantee delivery times, we cannot cancel or refund any orders as a result of any shipping delays.

What if my package delivery is lost?

For a package to be deemed "lost", an investigation must be initated with the courier company 10 business days after the estimated date of delivery to determine the status of the package. Please contact info@rainbowjeans.com with your order and tracking number to get this process started.

By choosing the "Shipping + Insurance" shipping option on the Cart page, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement order if our package was: not delivered, lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address. The courier company must confirm these details in writing before any refunds or replacements can be issued.

By choosing the "Free Shipping" option, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement order only if the package was not delivered or was lost in transit to the delivery address listed on your order.

Under any circumstance, if the courier service confirms the package was delivered to the delivery address listed on your order, the customer assumes full responsibility for the package. Over the Rainbow is not responsible for any items lost or stolen at the delivery address listed on your order, including loss or theft from a home mailbox, front porch, concierge desk, community mailbox/lockbox or any other designated drop-off area.

SHIPPING PROCESS

Once an order is placed, you will receive an automatic email confirming your order has been received. BEFORE we can process or ship any orders, our online team needs to a) confirm all items on your order you are in-stock and b) verify your payment information. We accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX and Paypal Express Checkout. We only ship orders verified by Signifyd; any unapproved orders will not be shipped. Feel free to contact us at info@rainbowjeans.com for any payment processing issues. If everything is confirmed you will receive a follow-up email with shipping + tracking details. 

SAFETY STANDARDS

Our online fulfillment person processes orders in a spacious, safe environment that is physically distant from the rest of our workforce. Protective equipment is worn during all stages of the picking, packing and shipping process. Products are hand wrapped in a biodegradable garment bag inside the package for extra care & protection.  

CANADA

Shipping rates for orders in Canada outside of the Toronto are calculated by region at time of checkout. We offer free shipping within Canada on orders valued at $99 or more (before tax). Applicable taxes will also be charged based on the province listed on your billing address. 

Canadian orders are shipped Canada Post Expedited Service with an estimated delivery of 2 to 9 business days. We do not offer any Xpresspost or Priority service at this time due the limitations of COVID-19 on Canada Post service.

We can only ship to a P.O Box if it is your billing address or a PayPal confirmed shipping address.

USA

Shipping rates for orders in USA are calculated by state at time of checkout. We offer free shipping to the United States on orders valued at $500 CAD or more. Canadian taxes are not charged.

USA orders are shipped UPS Expedited Service where estimated delivery times will vary by state. Orders may be delayed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. These delays are beyond our control, please contact UPS or U.S. Customs directly to find out the status of your order. 

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay any USA duties and taxes associated with the package upon delivery. Orders valued above $800 USD may be free of duties and taxes at the discretion of U.S Customs. All orders are declared at their full purchase value and cannot be valued higher or labelled as gifts or samples.
