What is your Holiday 2022 return policy?
Any regular-price purchases made between November 1, 2022, and December 24, 2022 will have an extended return date no later than January 8, 2023. Any sale purchases made after December 23, 2022 are final sale and are not eligible for any returns. Our in-store + online return policies are different; please read all our return policy sections below for further details.
What online purchases CAN be returned?
Any items purchased at regular price are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days from the original date of purchase. You must submit a request above with your order number and email address. Please do not return any items (in-store or by mail) until your return request has been approved.
What online purchases CANNOT be returned?
FINAL SALE items not eligible for refund, exchange or online gift card credit include sale items (marked with a discount on its product page), face masks, gift cards, hair accessories, headwear, jewelry, scarves, socks, underwear, swimwear and sunglasses.
