What online purchases CAN be returned?
Any items purchased at regular price are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days from the original date of purchase. 
 
What online purchases CANNOT be returned?
FINAL SALE items not eligible for refund, exchange or online gift card credit include items marked with a 40% OFF or higher discount price, face masks, gift cards, hair accessories, hats, jewelry, scarves, socks, underwear, swimwear and sunglasses.
 
What about 30% OFF online purchased items? 
Any items purchased with a 30% off (with a "pre-sale" promo code OR marked down at 30% off on our website) can be exchanged OR issued for an online gift card within 14 days of purchase. If your "pre-sale" promo code gives an additional discount on any 30% off items, those items on your purchase become final sale.

What about items purchased online with a promo code?
We use three different kinds of promo codes each with different return policies:
  • Flash Sale Promo Code: a code used to purchase regular price products during a limited period of time up to 20% off. Any items purchased with "flash sale" promo codes are eligible for refund, exchange or online gift card within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • Pre-Sale Promo Code (30% OFF): a code used to purchase regular price items earlier than a publicly advertised sale ("pre-sale") at 30% off. Any items purchased with a 30% off pre-sale code are eligible for exchange or online gift card within 14 days of the original purchase date. No refunds are eligible.
  • Pre-Sale Promo Code (Sale Items):  a code used to purchase sale/discount price items for an additional discount. Any sale/discount items purchased with a pre-sale code are final sale. No refunds, exchange or online gift cards are eligible. 

Do you have in-store return drop-off for online purchases?

We offer ins-tore drop-off 7 days a week from 11AM to 4PM. You do not need to book an appointment, simply check in with our front cash with your name and RMA# and someone will assist you.

What is your return policy for items purchased IN-STORE?

We offer an exchange or in-store credit note (valid for in-store purchases only) within 14 days of the original purchase date. All in-store return requests must include a receipt or proof of purchase. We do not offer refunds on any in-store purchases. All items must be unwashed and unworn with all original hang tags attached to the products.  

Final sale items not eligible for exchange or in-store credit note include sale/discounted items, face masks, gift cards, hair accessories, hats, jewelry, scarves, socks, underwear, swimwear and sunglasses.

How does return shipping fees work?

All refunds issued on returns do not include shipping fees unless your order qualified for a Free Shipping offer.

If you want to return your item, please note we do not provide shipping labels or pay for return shipping fees to customers. For items being shipped back from the USA, the customer is also responsible for any return taxes, duties or brokerage fees which will be deducted from your refund. RETURN + EXCHANGE REQUESTS

  1. Visit the RETURNS CENTER and follow the instructions to send in your request. Please allow one to two business days for us to review your request.
  2. If the return is approved, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be emailed to you with further instructions on how to send it back. You can also visit our Return Options for more details.
  3. Please make sure to follow our Returns Conditions so we may complete the refund or exchange process successfully.   

PRICE MATCHING + ADJUSTMENTS

We do not price match or offer additional discounts on any items found a lower retail price at other retail or online stores. Price adjustments will not be honoured for any online orders placed before a promo code or sale announcement date.    

CANADA GOOSE ITEMS

Any damages or defects discovered on Canada Goose items purchased in-store or online are subject to the terms of the Canada Goose Warranty Policy and are not eligible for return or exchange. Canada Goose items can only be returned or exchanged in their original condition, unworn and with all the Canada Goose tags and labels attached to the items.

REFUSED DELIVERIES

If a shipment is refused by the receiver or returned without authorization, Over the Rainbow has sole discretion whether to grant a full or partial refund. Shipping fees will not be refunded for any refused shipments or unauthorized returns.

RETURN CONDITIONS

All items must be authorized by Over the Rainbow prior to any online purchases being returned by mail with an RMA number. A refund/exchange will only be granted if all items are returned in their original condition, which for each category includes:

  • Clothing and shoes: items must be unworn, unwashed with all original hang tags and packaging included.
  • Technology, grooming and self care products: items must be unopened in their original packaging.
  • Bags, jewelry and other accessory products: all items must include all original packaging and hang tags.

RETURN OPTIONS

Return By Mail: please ensure all returned items are packed and sealed securely with the RMA number shown clearly on the outside of the package. We recommend using a courier service that provides a tracking number. Over the Rainbow does not cover shipping fees or provide return shipping labels unless arranged otherwise. We are not responsible for reimbursing the sender for any delayed or lost return packages:

For returns from within USA: We are not responsible for the customs and duties fees. If you are returning an item, please know that you will have to pay for these duties. The only time we are able to cover these fees is if the mistake regarding the package was on our end.

Please note, items marked for exchange will be refunded and treated as a new purchase except for a straight size exchange.
