Private Styling - BEFORE/AFTER HOURS
Allows you (and someone special from your bubble) to enjoy a private shopping experience before our store opens. Only members of your bubble plus your personal shopper will be allowed in-store during your appointment time.
Walk-in Shopping - OPEN HOURS
Walk-in shoppers do not require an appointment; it's for walk-ins who want a specific day & time AND want us to start a change room in advance. Normal walk-in hours are Sunday to Wednesday 11AM-6PM and Thursday to Saturday 11AM-7PM.
Tailor Shop
Tailoring services do not require an appointment; it's for walk-ins who want to reserve a specific day & time with any special instructions. Tailoring is available on all products purchased from our retail or online store. Click HERE for a list of our tailor services and prices.
Virtual Styling
Allows you to shop our online store from the comfort of your home. Your own personal shopper will walk you through our store (via FaceTime or ZOOM) in real time while assisting you with any online checkout questions.
Call Back
If you are calling after store hours, you can arrange to have a live personal shopper call you back at a day and time that is convenient for you! You can of course call (416.967.7448) or email (info@rainbowjeans.com) for any immediate questions about products, returns or shopping appointments.
