Gifts Purchased November 1st - December 24th 2019.
In-store: We will gladly exchange items for merchandise until January 12, 2020.
Online: We will gladly exchange for merchandise or refund until January 12, 2020.
Merchandise must not be washed, worn or damaged. All original tags must be attached. Please note: Any items bought on sale are not eligible for refund, exchange, store credit or holiday gift receipt. Over the Rainbow gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded.

RETURN & EXCHANGE
All items ordered from our online store must be authorized by Over the Rainbow prior to any online purchases being returned by mail. Online orders are eligible for return or exchange 21 days from the order’s shipping date. The return/exchange process begins by visiting our RETURNS CENTER. If the return is approved, a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) will be emailed to you.
Once the return has been received and inspected, you will receive a return confirmation email. Returns will be received and inspected by Over the Rainbow; a refund/exchange will only be granted if all return items are unworn, unwashed, and with their original tags still attached. Over the Rainbow does not refund or reimburse customers any return shipping fees. Please note if a shipment is refused by the receiver or returned without authorization, Over the Rainbow reserves sole discretion whether to grant a full or partial refund. Shipping fees will not be refunded for any refused shipments or unauthorized returns.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following final sale items are not eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges under any circumstances: markdown items, promo code purchases, gift cards, hair accessories, hats, jewelry, scarves, socks, underwear, swimwear, and sunglasses. We do not offer price adjustments on any items purchased on sale (in-store or online) anytime after the date of purchase.
CANADA GOOSE ITEMS
Any damages or defect discovered on Canada Goose item(s) purchased in-store or online cannot be returned or exchanged as they are subject to the terms of the Canada Goose Warranty Policy. Canada Goose item(s) can only be returned or exchanged in their original condition, unworn and with all the Canada Goose tags and labels attached to the item(s).
Return By Mail: please ensure all returned items are packed and sealed securely with the RMN number shown clearly on the outside of the package. We recommend using a courier service that provides a tracking number. Over the Rainbow does not provide return shipping labels and are not responsible for any delayed or lost return packages:

Please email email@example.com for further instructions. Sorry, we do not accept returns without correct customs documentation/ RMA number. Orders are subject to duties, brokerage fees, taxes and any additional fees and will be removed from your refund.
Please note, items marked for exchange will be refunded and treated as a new purchase except for a straight size exchange.
Please present a copy of your receipt with the order number as well as the issued RMN number. Refunds will be processed during online customer care hours; we cannot process online refunds at our retail store. Items can also be exchanged in-store that are the exact style and colour.
