What is your holiday return policy?
Any items purchased at regular price or using Flash Sale Promo Code (Regular Price Items) between November 1, 2023 and December 23, 2023 are eligible for return or exchange until January 7, 2024. Simply enter your order number and email address above to submit your request. Please do not return any items (in-store or by mail) until your return request has been approved by email.

IN-STORE PICKUP

In-store pickup is a complimentary service available at our retail store on Sunday to Wednesday 11AM-6PM and Thursday to Saturday 11AM-7PM. SHIPPING + DELIVERY

We use Canada Post (Canada), UPS (USA) and MILE1 (GTA) as our shipping methods. We offer free shipping within Canada on all regular price orders over $150. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the service, region and volume of orders. Click HERE for more details on our Shipping process.
