Return & Exchange

What can be returned?

All return requests, including any items below, can be submitted to our RETURNS CENTER within 30 days of the original purchase date:

  • Sale items including any discounted product or products purchased with a promo code have two return options: A) exchange for the same item in a different size or colour or B) credit for the full or partial amount on an e-gift card (not valid in-store) towards future purchases
  • Regular price items can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of purchase.
  • Final sale items not eligible for refund or exchange include gift cards, hair accessories, hats, jewelry, scarves, socks, underwear, swimwear and sunglasses

How does return shipping fees work?

If you want to return your item, please note we do not provide shipping labels or pay for return shipping fees to customers. Please read the rest of our return policy below for full details.

RETURN + EXCHANGE REQUESTS

  1. Visit the RETURNS CENTER and follow the instructions to send in your request. Please allow one to two business days for us to review your request.
  2. If the return is approved, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be emailed to you with further instructions on how to send it back. You can also visit our Return Options for more details.
  3. Please make sure to follow our Returns Conditions so we may complete the refund or exchange process successfully.   

PRICE MATCHING + ADJUSTMENTS

We do not price match or offer additional discounts on any items found a lower retail price at other retail or online stores. Price adjustments will not be honoured for any online orders placed before a promo code or sale announcement date.    

CANADA GOOSE ITEMS

Any damages or defects discovered on Canada Goose items purchased in-store or online are subject to the terms of the Canada Goose Warranty Policy and are not eligible for return or exchange. Canada Goose items can only be returned or exchanged in their original condition, unworn and with all the Canada Goose tags and labels attached to the items.

REFUSED DELIVERIES

If a shipment is refused by the receiver or returned without authorization, Over the Rainbow has sole discretion whether to grant a full or partial refund. Shipping fees will not be refunded for any refused shipments or unauthorized returns.

RETURN CONDITIONS

All items must be authorized by Over the Rainbow prior to any online purchases being returned by mail with an RMA number. A refund/exchange will only be granted if all items are returned in their original condition, which for each category includes:

  • Clothing and shoes: items must be unworn, unwashed with all original hang tags and packaging included.
  • Technology, grooming and self care products: items must be unopened in their original packaging.
  • Bags, jewelry and other accessory products: all items must include all original packaging and hang tags.

RETURN OPTIONS

Return By Mail: please ensure all returned items are packed and sealed securely with the RMA number shown clearly on the outside of the package. We recommend using a courier service that provides a tracking number. Over the Rainbow does not cover shipping fees or provide return shipping labels unless arranged otherwise. We are not responsible for reimbursing the sender for any delayed or lost return packages:

Please email info@rainbowjeans.com for further instructions. We do not accept returns without correct customs documentation / RMA number. Orders are subject to duties, brokerage fees, taxes and any additional fees and will be deducted from your total refund.  

Please note, items marked for exchange will be refunded and treated as a new purchase except for a straight size exchange.

RETURN IN-STORE

NOTE: due to the recent events of COVID-19, we are not offering in-store returns at this time. The policy below will be reinstated in when our retail store re-opens.

Please present a copy of your receipt with the order number as well as the issued RMA number. Refunds will be processed during online customer care hours; we cannot process online refunds at our retail store. Items can also be exchanged in-store that are the exact style and colour.
